30" Proportional Calipers (Polycarbonate)

These 30" proportional calipers, made of durable polycarbonate, provide reliable service for many years. They are commonly used for scaling down a live model to create a smaller sculpture, but can also be used for scaling up. The calipers have two configurations for measuring: outside measurements, where the larger curve end measures the life size model and the smaller curve end provides the proportional measurement; and inside measurements, used for height measurements when the model is sitting on a flat surface. With 12 preset alignment holes, these calipers are designed for the most standard proportional configurations, ratios, and life-size percentages.
